My practice is primarily in French.<\/p>\n

That said, I\u2019m comfortable working in English, and I often do when it allows the conversation to flow more naturally for the person in front of me.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not perfectly bilingual, and my English may sometimes be less fluid than my French \u2014 but language itself is rarely the most important part of the work we do together. What matters more is presence, attention, and the ability to adapt to what is happening in the moment.<\/p>\n

If English feels more natural for you, we can absolutely work in English. I take the time that\u2019s needed, I ask when something is unclear, and I adjust my pace accordingly.<\/p>\n
